Simply enter your order ID number and email address to see where your order is
in our system.
Order statuses are as follows:
Order Received - Your order has been paid for and is being processed
by our warehouse.
In Packing - Your order is being prepared for shipment by our warehouse
shipping staff.
Order Shipped - Your order has left our warehouse and is headed to
your door.
Order Delivered - Tracking has confirmed your order has been delivered.
Info Needed - We need some additional information from you to process
your order.
Back Order - One or more of your items is back ordered. You
notification email will contain the approximate in stock date and shipment date.
Customer Issue - There is a customer service issue with your order.
Your order will remain in this status until we resolve the issue.
Whenever there is a change in your order's status, you'll be notified via
email. Be certain to check your "spam" or junk email folder as our notifications
occasionally end up there.
